“it’s not worth it” to go kite tubing is absolutely right. Weigh out your risks and rewards. Tubing alone is very dangerous; couple that with falling from thirty feet in the air going fifty mph and one can imagine the force of impact.

It’s not in this article but it is in another article that states the driver was operating the boat wither over 80-milligrams, driving while disqualified.

I don’t see anything in the story above that indicates that he was drinking… This is the only article I saw on the subject, I certainly would have included it if I had the info… Agreed drinking and boating is a huge problem, especially when there are others involved like this…

Hey (expletive removed) Bill don’t forget to mention on this one that the Boat driver was DRUNK was arrested without bond!!!! It’s funny how you left that part out. Yet another senseless drunk causing problems.
